Year-Round:Overlooked Lovely

Give baby’s breath a starring role

Typically, baby’s breath--gypsophila--is relegated to a supporting role in floral arrangements. But newer varieties, such as ‘Million Stars?’ make beautiful arrangements on their own with their full clusters of tiny, bright white flowers, sparse foliage and flexible stems.
